You can delete your Slipfolio account and associated personal data from inside the app or by contacting support.
Email support@slipfolio.app from the email address on your account and ask to delete your Slipfolio account. If you no longer have access to that address, include enough information for us to verify ownership before deletion.
We delete or anonymise account data and receipt files within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law or legitimate operational need, such as security, fraud-prevention, billing, or backup records. Automated database backups are retained for up to 30 days before expiry.
If you belong to a shared workspace, deleting your account removes your user account and membership. Workspace records created by or shared with other members may remain available to the workspace owner or other members unless the workspace itself is deleted or the owner requests deletion.
